This Privacy Policy explains how WeTrade Inc. ("WeTrade," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information on wetradepartners.com (the "Site"), a website we use to introduce financial institutions, schools, and other organizations to WeTrade's partnership programs.
This policy covers wetradepartners.com only. It does not cover the WeTrade consumer app or wetrade.co, which have their own privacy policy.
Information we collect
The Site is an informational and scheduling page. We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you provide directly. If you email us or schedule an introductory call through our Calendly link, we receive whatever you share with us: your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message or booking.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. We use this only for basic site operation and security, not for tracking or advertising.
- Cookies. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set minimal technical cookies as part of delivering those fonts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this Site.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule introductory calls
- Evaluate and pursue a potential partnership with your organization
- Maintain records of our conversations with prospective partners
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
We do not use information collected through this Site to build consumer marketing profiles, and we do not sell it.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this Site:
- Calendly. When you book an introductory call, you're taken to Calendly's scheduling platform, which has its own privacy policy governing the information you enter there.
- Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google's font service, subject to Google's own privacy practices.
- Email. If you email us directly, that message is handled through our standard business email provider.
We don't control these third parties' own data practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies as well.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site or manage our communications (such as our scheduling and email providers), under obligations to protect it
- Professional advisors, such as legal or compliance counsel, when relevant to a potential partnership
- Authorities or other parties if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
Data retention
We keep information from partnership inquiries for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with your organization, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us what we have on file, by contacting us at the email below. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll do our best to honor requests consistent with those laws.
Children's privacy
This Site is a business-to-business site intended for professionals at financial institutions, schools, and similar organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this Site.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
